The Rascal 600C is a 4-wheel scooter designed for use by persons with mobility disabilities. The scooter can be converted for indoor or outdoor use on rough terrain by changing the front panel. The frame is 21.5″ L x 42″ W x 25″ H and the turning radius is 37.25″. The scooter is equipped with a foot plate that flips up for transfers. The controls include a 70-amp digital controller and tiller. The seat is 360 degree movement and is a fold down swivel seat. The included electric seat lift enables the seat height to be raised and additional 5″. The upholstery is grey vinyl and the armrests flip up. The brakes are regenerative with automatic parking brake. The wheels are 8×2 in front and 10×3 in back pneumatic tires. The power uses two rechargeable batteries and the built in battery charger works on household current. The speed is 4.1 mph for a range of 25 miles. The weight capacity is 450 and its weight is 200 lbs. The heaviest pieces weights 43 lbs. There is a lifetime warranty on the frame as well.
