2008 Recipients of National Award: 2008 SRES® Distinguished Service Award

The SRES® Council would like to congratulate the three recipients of our 2008 Distinguished Service award. SRES® instructors Art Reed and Ruth Fennell and SRES® Designee Brent DeRobertis have been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) 2008 Distinguished Service Award by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).

The recipients have shown extraordinary performance in their respective local senior community. They have been outstanding leaders in the real estate community serving seniors and have demonstrated a driving force for change and efforts to better serve the demands of the mature market. Each recipient has also made a visible difference to either a specific group of seniors or how senior’s real estate needs are met in their local community or nationally. Art, Ruth, and Brent have each demonstrated that they are the source of knowledge and experience in working with the senior market and have shown high principles and furtherance of the principles of good practice among REALTORS® and the senior consumer population.

The SRES® Council, founded in 2007, is the world’s largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions.
