The recent opening of Potomac Adult Day Services Center in Rockville now provides NW DC, Bethesda, Rockville and Potomac residents with an additional day placement option for loved ones experiencing early onset dementia. Located at 6220 Montrose Road, in Rockville, across the streets from the Jewish Community Center, the Potomac Adult Day Program is a non-medical Social Club Center that provides a quality recreational program for seniors with functional limitations and a respite for caregivers.
This is a new program option from Potomac Home Support, a non-profit personal and companion care service of Sibley Memorial and Suburban Hospitals. Participants can attend 2-5 days a week. Medication is supervised. Meals include a light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
