The Erickson School M.A. in the Management of Aging Services (MAgS) is a unique innovative program designed to help today’s leaders meet the challenges and opportunities presented by an aging society. 

The School offers:
• The only Master’s Degree Program in Management of Aging Services anywhere in the world

• A weekend program schedule that is convenient for busy working professionals. The 15-month model allows you to apply today and graduate next year!

Program faculty includes Dr. Bill Thomas, founder of the Eden Alternative and Green House culture change movements; Dr. William Fulmer, former Senior Fellow and Senior Vice President with the Executive Development Center of the Harvard Business School; and Dr. Joseph Gribbin, Associate Commissioner with the Social Security Administration.
