When you are looking for an assisted living community for a loved one the amenities are important, however, the care should also be top priority. The residents at Morningside House receive exceptional individualized care from dedicated staff. We are the premier assisted living in the Leesburg community. Come and tour Morningside House and see why our residents are proud to call Morningside their home.

Morningside House owns and operates all six of their premier assisted living communities throughout Maryland and Virginia. We enjoy an outstanding reputation for high quality care and service, and consistently receive superior State surveys. We have adopted the best practices Model of Care developed by The Copper Ridge Institute, affiliated with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for the residents of our dementia care programs at our Maryland communities. This Model of Care focuses on the treatment of the disease and improving the quality of life for persons with dementia and their families. We are a State level three licensed provider which allows our residents the opportunity to age in place. We provide extensive and ongoing training for our staff and are proud of the longevity that they hold. We care deeply. We listen carefully. We serve with pride.
