About The Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT

MILLER’S GRANT is the all-new senior living community under development on a breathtaking site in Ellicott City, Maryland, just outside Baltimore.

When it comes to personal growth, MILLER’S GRANT will be an incomparably innovative environment in which to connect with your passions – beautifully. Put down new roots in this soon-to-be-constructed stunning new setting. It will feature a relaxed, stimulating country lifestyle supported by on-site health care, if needed —including an array of care options right in your home.

Living on a lush, green, 50-acre site right next to the newly built Charles E. Miller Library & Historical Center, you’ll enjoy a grassy landscaped tapestry of walking trails, wildlife and fishponds meandering right by your door. MILLER’S GRANT will be a senior living community unlike any ever seen before: an intimate neighborhood of stunning apartments or single-family and duplex homes, the latest technology in home design for safety, security and comfort, all ensconced in a rich,  tranquil oasis. Fascinating neighbors, non-stop entertainment options, resort-style amenities and delicious dining will add joy to life, while a whole new level of fitness, health and recreation will keep you in top condition and on your toes.

MILLER’S GRANT will be distinctive for its advanced health care services, delivered right in your home or in the state-of-the-art Care Center that’s specifically designed to recreate the warmth of home.

As a faith-based not-for-profit, our roots in the local area reach way back through our parent organization, Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster, Maryland, for an extensive and proud history of success and financial stability.

The Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT is a proposed continuing care retirement community subject to approval by the Maryland Department of Aging. The Lutheran Village at MILLER'S GRANT participates with Howard County in the Moderate Income Housing Unit Program.
