About Ware Presbyterian Village

Ware Presbyterian Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) for

active people 55 and over.

In step with our mission to provide older adults with the resources they need to create

truly fulfilling lives, we offer Masterpiece Living®, a new approach to senior living that

empowers individuals to focus on their social, physical, intellectual and spiritual growth.

Our goal for this community is to be much like a college experience, where adults can

discover new hobbies, set and achieve new goals, and establish new and meaningful

friendships.

All of our senior living services, amenities and activities are designed to support you and

your decisions, whether it’s our Independent Living, Personal Care, or Skilled Nursing

and Rehabilitation. And our convenient location – in the heart of historic Oxford Village

in Pennsylvania’s Brandywine Valley, close to cultural events in Lancaster,

Pennsylvania, and the University of Delaware – is ideal.

Senior Living: Live Your Lifestyle

With the exquisite Vista Ridge Pavilion Club House as our centerpiece, surrounded by

the beautiful rolling hills and winding country roads of the Brandywine Valley, there is no

other senior living continuing care retirement community like Ware Presbyterian Village.

We offer relaxed country living at its best, with easy access to all the cultural and

historic opportunities that the mid-Atlantic region has to offer.

Our Aquatic and Fitness Center boasts a heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, fitness

and aerobic area and massage therapy room for people who enjoy staying active and

independent – and membership is free to all residents.

Ware Presbyterian Village also offers residents the benefits of Pennsylvania’s tax-

friendly retirement environment. And whether you choose one of our lovely Country

Villas or one of our Carriage Homes or Vista Ridge apartments you’re guaranteed to

feel at home. Our quality of services, comfortable accommodations and comprehensive

At-Home Services support the long-term peace of mind you deserve.

Opportunities Surround You

Ware Presbyterian Village is located in the heart of the historic village of Oxford, in

southeastern Pennsylvania’s Brandywine Valley, close to Lancaster County and

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Wilmington, Delaware; and Baltimore, Maryland. Ware

residents enjoy a variety of cultural events, including concerts, theater, museums and

local winery tours.

Nearby universities (West Chester, Lincoln and the University of Delaware) offer a

variety of educational opportunities throughout the year. World-renowned attractions

such as Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and the Brandywine River Museum are also

close by, making country living culturally cosmopolitan.
