About Spring Mill Senior Living

Spring Mill is the newest, most spacious, and well-appointed senior living community in Chester County. At Spring Mill, you can enjoy the area’s most residential setting with the convenience and security of apartment living with minimal entrance fees. Whether you are staying for a few months or a few years, Spring Mill offers apartments among the largest in the area, many of which include balconies. Each apartment has its own private bath, and options are available on a private or semi-private basis. With a wide range of floor plans, ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms, there is something to fit just about every budget at Spring Mill! The building is equipped with advanced technologies that allow for security and peace of mind for residents and their families. For family and friends living far away, we also offer media conferencing to stay connected over long distances not just by phone, but through camera! Once you move in, you will experience quality restaurant style dining that will be served with many options. A wide variety of activities will be offered both on-campus and through planned excursions. Transportation, housekeeping, and your meals will all be included in your base rent. If you require additional services, they are available as you need them. You only pay for the services you receive! These services range from modest assisted living to skilled nursing care. Specialized services are also available for those with memory impairments such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. Rather than having a nurse “on call” 24 hours a day, Spring Mill will have a licensed nurse ON-SITE at all hours. This provides comfort, security, and peace of mind to residents and family members alike. Another feature that allows Spring Mill to stand out among other senior living options in the area is the on-site, short-stay rehabilitation we offer - provided in partnership with Genesis HealthCare. Often times, seniors are not healthy enough to return to their homes immediately after surgery or a hospital visit; sometimes rehabilitation is needed. Spring Mill offers short-stay rehabilitation so residents can recover and build back their strength in familiar surroundings, just steps away from their home. Spring Mill Senior Living started as an idea, which was built into a concept and is now becoming a reality. The idea being that you shouldn’t have to pay more than you need to for retirement living and that you deserve the highest quality living space, at the most competitive prices. The concept being that this idea should be achieved with the highest service and care available. The reality being that Spring Mill is opening VERY soon!
