The seminar is presented by the Jewish Council for the Aging and conducted by Barbara Kane and Linda Hill, psychotherapists and care managers with over 30 years of experience. Participants will learn: five techniques to help clients cope with difficult older parents, how to help clients see their parents through a more objective lens, how to help clients develop skills to cope with parents with personality disorders, and how to help clients identify what behavior is causing the most stress. Breakfast and registration run from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. and the program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Complementary valet parking is available at the front entrance.
