Patrick C. Wohlfarth, Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, looks at some of the most divisive decisions of the John Roberts Supreme Court. Part of the Curtin Lecture on American Law series, this session explores how this court has been marked by repeated, contentious judgments over the legal foundations of governmental power and individual rights. This discussion is part of North Hill’s PurposeFULL Living Fall 2015 Courses and Events.
