The Sibley Senior Association, National Eye Institute (NEI) and Prevention of Blindness of Metropolitan Washington and The Beacon celebrate “Right to Sight Day.”

In recognition of Vision Awareness and Older Americans Month, Sibley Senior Association joins with the National Eye Institute (NEI), part of the National Institute’s of Health, to encourage people and organizations world-wide to recognize the value of vision health.

Join us to hear Paul A. Sieving, M.D., Ph.D., Director, National Eye Institute, NIH to learn about the latest NEI supported projects affecting Stem Cell Transplants, Genetic Research, and current thinking on Age-Related Macular Degeneration. The National Eye Institute (NEI) leads the federal government’s research on the visual system and eye diseases.
