Battleship North Carolina: The Showboat Legacy explores the history behind this decorated Naval vessel and the monumental task of maintaining it as a National Historic Landmark today. From the present day Commander to the on board historians and tour guides, the Battleship Memorial harbors a dedicated crew to perform the day-to-day operations. The Battleship North Carolina plays an important role in the historic preservation of our country’s greatest generation, educating visitors from all corners the world. Learn about the history of the battleship. See actual footage and hear audio of many of the servicemen who served aboard the ship.

Rob Hill has written, produced, directed and edited independent films. His documentary, The Fort Fisher Hermit: The Life and Death of Robert E. Harrill was nominated for an Emmy. The film also won Best Documentary Feature at the Hollywood Film Festival. In 2007 the National Academy of Television Science nominated Rob for the prestigious Rising Star Award. Currently, Rob is a partner in DH Media Group, which develops and produces commercials and television projects.
