Watch a half-hour video that embraces the abilities of a person with dementia and shows how proactive adjustments to the environment can improve one’s quality of life. The video addresses the physical, psycho-social, and sensory world of the person with Alzheimer’s. Caregivers will learn how to communicate better; reduce emotional reactions by identifying and removing frustration triggers; and engage the person in life-enriching activities to promote positive memories, and boost emotional stability and self-esteem.
