Every year, mail fraud schemes rob consumers, often elderly citizens, of their hard-earned life-savings. As America’s population grows older, scams against seniors are expected to increase. Of particular concern are foreign lotteries and sweepstakes, a common scheme used by scammers. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Senior Action Coalition are committed to protecting seniors from foreign lottery scams and other mail fraud schemes. Come learn about foreign lottery fraud prevention tips to protect yourself and your loved ones.
