Gentle Yoga for Seniors–6 week session starts Feb. 13 in Herndon!

Led by Bonnie Elliott, MSW, RYT.

Increase muscle strength, improve bone & joint health, reduce the risk of falling, decrease stress and make social connections!

Because 80% of older adults have at least one chronic condition, Gentle Yoga for Seniors is designed to meet the unique needs of aging. Movements are modified for every body.

When: Mondays from 11:30A to 12:30P – January 16 thru February 20.
Where: Qi Elements Center, 464 Herndon Parkway, Suite 215, Herndon, VA.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks and other props are all provided!
Cost: $48.00 for the entire six week session. (We need a minimum of 7 students registered to hold the class) Class is limited to 12 so sign up soon!
