Introducing Gentle Yoga for Seniors!
Led by Bonnie Elliott, MSW, RYT

Increase muscle strength
Decrease stress & anxiety
Improve bone & joint health
Enhance balance, mobility & flexibility of body and mind!

6 week session starts November 15 through December 27 (no class Dec. 6)
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks and other props are all provided!
Movements can be modified for any body!

Cost: $48.00 for the entire six week session
(we need a minimum of 8 students registered to hold the class)
Class is limited to 12 so sign up early!
