Full-day conference that will explore the state of Alzheimer’s disease, ways to build a personal network (online and in person) and technologies to assist with care and safety for the person living with Alzheimer’s and all those who are affected.

Conference registration fee is $30 and includes continental breakfast, lunch and presentation materials. Registration closes on October 26. Register online or download the conference brochure and mail the registration form.

Respite care is available during the conference at Fenwick Landing Adult Medical Day Care. Respite care attendees will enjoy a day of socialization and activities led by trained staff in a secured, friendly environment. Respite care registration fee is $10 and includes lunch. Advance registration by October 26 for respite care is required.

Scholarships are available for family caregivers with financial need
