Gainesville, VA.  The Marque at Heritage Hunt, an Active Adult, rental apartment community in Gainesville, Virginia, has hired Linda Kurtz as Director of Marketing.

Ms. Kurtz served as Fundraising Co-Chair and Chairperson with Faith in Action of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, an interfaith coalition of congregations of volunteers who assist those in need.    Ms. Kurtz also served as Director of Community Relations for Blue Ridge Hospice and Director of Marketing of Assisted Living.  For the past three years, she was the owner of Majestic Mortgage, a mortgage company based in Winchester, Virginia.  Prior to this, Ms. Kurtz owned a Marketing and Consulting Firm specializing in marketing, training and lease ups.  Ms. Kurtz also hosted her own television show, “At Home with Linda Kurtz.”  She brings over 25 years experience in managing and marketing rental communities to The Marque.
