Non Profit Seeks Community Caregiver Award Nominations for “Kudos for Community Caregivers” Annual Breakfast

LifeCircle Alliances, a non-profit charitable organization, seeks nominations of community caregivers to be recognized at their annual “Kudos for Community Caregivers” awards breakfast.  This annual awards program recognizes outstanding caregivers who are actively providing care to older adult(s) or adult(s) ages 18 and older with developmental, intellectual or physical disabilities.  Nominations submitted must be for an individual or a group representing a family, faith community, a service provider or corporation providing exemplary care to adults in Fairfax County or the cities of Fairfax or Falls Church.

Nominations may be submitted by any individual or organization in the greater Fairfax County area.

James A. Rothrock, Commissioner, Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services

Awards will be presented at the third annual LifeCircle Alliances “Kudos for Community Caregivers” awards breakfast to be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 from 7 to 9:30 am at the Mason Inn located on the main campus of George Mason University.  The keynote speaker will be Commissioner James A.
