In a collaborative effort, Home Care Pulse will conduct this independent Benchmarking Study for the Geriatric Care Industry with input from the  National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers(NAPGCM) into the types of information to be gathered and in promoting its members to participate in this first-ever study.

“We are thrilled about this new collaborative effort between Home Care Pulse and NAPGCM,” said Jullie Gray, President of NAPGCM. “This project will result in the first ever national geriatric care manager benchmarking study,” she added. “Together our organizations will be able to develop and conduct a broad-based survey that will support geriatric care managers and the people they serve.”

The 2014 Benchmarking Study will be conducted by Home Care Pulse in February 2014 and the results will be published in late April. The study will feature national and regional benchmarks on finance, marketing and sales, operations and much more.
