Montgomery County, MD Celebrates Creativity and Talent of Elder – Sponsorship Opportunities

On Saturday, May 22, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Montgomery County will celebrate the creativity and talent of its older adults during the premier Montgomery’s Got Talent Senior Showcase.  Singers, dancers, actors, comedians and musicians will perform at Bethesda Theatre, the classic 1938 Art Deco former movie palace in the heart of downtown Bethesda.

This Montgomery County event is the largest County-supported event planned during Older Americans Month. Over 600 seniors and their families are expected to attend. The event will be widely publicized on the County distribution network including libraries, community centers, public facilities, schools, churches, synagogues and on local newsletters and email bulletin boards.

The Montgomery’s Got Talent planning committee invites sponsors, supporters and advertisers to participate. Sponsors at various levels can access exhibitor space, program advertising, and other forms of public recognition on a first come, first served basis. Net proceeds of the event will be shared with seniors suffering in Haiti and Montgomery County’s Arts Education Alliance for Older Adults.
