Life (Part 2) is an innovative, high-profile PBS series premiering in the DC area on WETA TV26 on Saturday, June 23 at 5:30pm (Eastern; check listings for other station air times). It is for and about the millions of Americans 55 and older and it’s not what you might expect. Life (Part 2) will showcase models of vital aging, and serve as an inspirational foil to ageist stereotypes. Half-hour episodes continue each Saturday through August and are infused with healthy doses of irreverence, authenticity, and depth. The series’ goal is no less than to change how society perceives older adults.
