George Mason University: Graduate Studies in Senior Housing Administration
Online applications for Fall admission to the nationally recognized George Mason University Program in Senior Housing Administration are currently being accepted. The program offers the nation’s first and only Master’s of Science (MS) degree in Senior Housing Administration, and 15-credit hour Graduate Certificate in Senior Housing Administration.
For the Fall 2011 semester, senior housing professionals, including corporate/community administrators and marketing staff may also register in non-degree status to complete the stand alone graduate course in Senior Housing Sales & Marketing (HAP 651). This course covers the development of assisted living/senior housing marketing plans, budgets, the roles of individual staff, and the sales process – including lead generation, lead management, tours, deposits, and move ins. The course will be offered on the Fairfax campus, every other Saturday from 10-3, beginning September 10, 2011 and ending December 17, 2011. This course can additionally be applied to future graduate degree and certificate study within the Program.
