Other design categories include aging-in-place, assisted living, congregate-living community, continuing care retirement communities, mixed-use, multifamily housing, renovated housing and special-needs housing.
The Best of 50+ Housing Awards’ marketing categories allow builders and sales and marketing professionals to compete against the industry’s best. Individual marketing categories are logo, community brochure, direct mail piece/campaign, Web site, black-and-white and color print advertisement, radio and television commercial, sales center and special promotion.
The Best of 50+ Housing Awards gala evening ceremony will take place May 20, 2008, at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, La., during Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing SymposiumSM 2008 (May 19-21).
