Baltimore’s Mercy Ridge Becomes First LEED® Silver Existing Retirement Community in the Nation

Mercy Ridge Retirement Community is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary with the announcement that it has earned a LEED® for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenanceâ„¢ Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council® (USGBC) and is the first and only existing retirement community in the nation to achieve LEED Silver status.
