About Iliff Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr.
At Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, our mission is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our patients and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well-being of each person. For each patient, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the individual.
Short-stay rehab
If you're being discharged from a hospital, short-stay rehabilitation can help "bridge the gap" between hospital and home-and give you the extra time you need to get back on your feet again.
Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a complete range of transitional and post-surgical care services. We also offer state-of-the-art physical therapy services through Premier Therapy Services, one of America's most successful providers of therapeutic services.
Respite Care
Do you care for a sick or elderly relative at home? Are you on call 24 hours a day? Has it been a long time since you took time off to have lunch with a friend, take a vacation, or simply relax?
If so, then you may be interested to know that Iliff Nursing and Rehab Center offers a respite care program for families like yours.
