About Souderton Mennonite Homes
Welcome to Souderton Mennonite Homes (SMH), a community of invitation and a ministry of the Mennonite Church USA. At SMH, we offer our residents the opportunity to remain active and independent with the added benefit of assistance when needed, all in one community. From independent living in our apartments, cottages, townhouses and villas, to the high degree of self-dignity in the care and compassion of our Personal Care and Nursing unit, you will quickly experience the strong sense of community that is the common thread in the tapestry of SMH. Here, our residents are energized by the enriched lives they lead and are given the ability to live in a community of comfort, feeling a sense of security, belonging and companionship. Residents are free to engage in many social activities or enjoy as much privacy as they wish.
