About Beaumont at Bryn Mawr
Beaumont is one of the few non-profit retirement communities in the U.S. that is fully owned by its residents through a cooperative real estate membership. An equity interest in the association has several important advantages:
Resident Ownership – residents own their villas or apartments, giving them an enormous amount of control over their privacy and comfort. By design, Beaumont strives to be non-institutional, providing a unique and personal experience instead.
Resident Engagement – residents are directly involved in shaping policies and decisions that impact the community. Residents make up the board and each of the committees (no outsiders) that govern everything from the dining experience to health services.
Resident Care and Service – residents enjoy comprehensive services and amenities, including security, outpatient services, and on-site personal care and skilled nursing for complete peace-of-mind.
Features
* Residents own their own apartments or villas; a valuable asset which can be sold in the future * An active continuing care retirement community * Exceptional assisted living and skilled nursing care if needed * Resident run and controlled * Elegant, comfortable setting * Residents are warm and welcoming * Outstanding recreational opportunities
