Welcome to the Friends Home! Come experience life among friends... Since 1898 the Friends Home has provided older adults quality care and housing at a moderate price. Founded by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), the Home has a strong tradition of encouraging independence and respect for the individuality and dignity of each person. Helping residents remain healthy and active is a top priority at Friends Home. A professional nursing and personal care staff provides daily care and our Activitities Directors offer interesting and simulating activities to encourage independence and socialization. Friends Home welcomes residents regardless of religious affiliation, race or ethnic background.
