Introducing Shepherd’s Crossing, the newest addition to our retirement community featuring delightful single-story country cottages with room to grow a garden, walk the dog, or simply kick back and enjoy your new-found freedom. All just a hop, skip and jump from everything you know and love.

Phase II Building Underway for Shepherd’s Crossing
Phase II construction has begun for 56 new cottages the first of which will be available for occupancy as early as next Summer - 2012. Currently offered at Grand Opening prices, the cottages boast the area’s lowest monthly fees. Contact Barbara in the Sales Office Monday-Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM at 215-956-1802.
Choose a two-bedroom floor plan with 1,800+ square feet, one-car garage and two full baths, one with walk-in shower. The clubhouse has an indoor pool, fitness center, game room and media room. Residents enjoy a great room and country kitchen for parties. The activities promote an active lifestyle.
Amenities included make your residency at Shepherd’s Crossing as convenient as it is comfortable. Residents receive priority access to on-campus assisted living in a deluxe apartments or skilled nursing care in a new 90-bed Health Care Center to be completed by 2013.
