Long-term health care is provided in a manner and environment that enhances quality-of-life and independence. Our staff of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers and dieticians provide a personalized care plan along with a board-certified physician with a specialty in geriatrics. The activities staff provides programs appropriate to individual needs such as art therapy, aromatherapy and pet visits.
The Methodist Home also maintains close ties to nearby Sibley Memorial Hospital and other local hospitals in case of emergencies.
Rehabilitation Center
Physical and occupational and speech therapy services are offered on-site at the MHDC Rehabilitation Center.
