Welcome to Simpson House, America’s oldest retirement community historically related to the United Methodist Church. Walk through the front door and you will immediately sense the friendliness and welcoming spirit that makes Simpson House a very special place. A close-knit community of independent seniors, we take great pride in the fact that each new resident immediately feels a part of the Simpson House “family.� Simpson House is conveniently located at the corner of Belmont and Monument Avenues and overlooks beautiful Fairmont Park. Simpson House was founded in 1865 to attend to the needs of older persons in the community after the Civil War. This unbroken chain of caring exists today as we provide a unique and reputable tradition of commitment, care and affordability.Features
