Somerford House & Place in Frederick, Maryland is a Five Star Senior Living community offering Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s/Memory Care, and Rehabilitation in a beautiful, comfortable community situated next to a lake with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Our assisted living residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartment home within our community at Somerford House, with the support and services they need to remain as active and independent as possible. At Somerford Place, our specially designed memory care neighborhoods help those living with memory loss rediscover joy in everyday life.
