About Advanced Living at Schwenckfeld Terrace
Schwenckfeld Terrace proudly opened its doors in the fall of 2008
Schwenckfeld Terrace is an affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old and your present income must fall within one of the set income categories.
Schwenckfeld Terrace is a non-smoking community.
Schwenckfeld Terrace has 63 one-bedroom apartments. The floor plan below offers a spacious living space with a variety of features:
- Full-size kitchen and bath
- Individually controlled heating and cooling
- State-of-the-art emergency call and fire alarm systems
- Ample closet space in-suite and bonus storage locker
Handicap-accessible apartments are available upon verification of medical need.
