About Hidden Meadows on the Ridge
Welcome to Hidden Meadows on the Ridge
We are a mid-sized Senior Living Community nestled among the woodlands, while conveniently located in Upper Bucks’ County, less than 25 miles north of Philadelphia. Our community shares the block with Grandview Hospital, many physicians’ offices and is close to shopping and restaurants in Sellersville, Pa.
We offer a tranquil setting where seniors can maintain their independence with assistance available 24 hours per day. Both residents and families find comfort in knowing that our experienced staff provides personalized services and nursing care. Our trained caregivers go the extra mile to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. In addition, we offer on-site rehabilitation therapists and medical clinicians that offer diagnostic and therapeutic treatments to regain strength and vitality. Short term, respite and post skilled nursing stays offer convenience, safety and companionship for those desiring a temporary move to a senior care community.
As you stroll through the residence you will meet many seniors engaged in friendly conversation, participating in physical exercise or enjoying a stimulating game of cards. Our grand dining room and comfortable lounges and patios provide plenty of space for gatherings and special events. While options to engage in personal interest abound, each individual can enjoy the privacy of his/her own private studio unit, furnished or customized with ones’ own furnishings.
