Friendship Terrace is a community of 180 beautiful, totally renovated apartments dedicated to serving seniors.  At Friendship Terrace we bring more than forty years of experience to meeting the unique needs of seniors today.

Ours is a mission based, non-profit residence operated by Seabury Senior Living Communities that is open to persons of all faiths, backgrounds and incomes.  At Friendship Terrace you can affordably rent an apartment with a kitchen, floor to ceiling window, wall to wall carpeting and a walk-in closet in a place where you can live independently in a caring community.  Our program offers 24 hour emergency call monitoring, delicious evening meals with an optional lunch, exciting activities and friends, and should finances become limited opportunities for qualified residents to receive rent subsidies.

At Friendship Terrace you will find a full calendar of activities including trips, concerts, events and holiday celebrations.  As a resident you will be able to enjoy the roof-top deck, the greenhouse, game room, the computer lounger and more.

And what a neighborhood you could live in!  In addition to the activities we have at Friendship Terrace, within a few blocks you will find shopping, restaurants, churches, grocery stores, entertainment, the new library, the Wilson Pool and the Tenleytown Metro Station!
