About Advanced Living at Schwenckfeld Manor
Since 1974, more than 800 men and women have called Schwenckfeld Manor home. You can too!
Schwenckfeld Manor is a subsidized, affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old or at least 18 years old and in need of a handicap-accessible apartment. Your present income cannot exceed limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Schwenckfeld Manor is a non-smoking community.
Schwenckfeld Manor has over 220 one-bedroom and studio apartments situated in three inter-connected buildings. The floor plans below (efficiency, small one-bedroom & large one-bedroom) offer a spacious living space with a variety of features:
- Full-size kitchen and bath
- Individually controlled heating and cooling
- State-of-the-art emergency call and fire alarm systems
- Ample closet space in-suite and bonus storage locker
Handicap-accessible apartments are available upon verification of medical need.
