Brightview Avondell is a rental retirement community, so no large entrance fee is required. Independent Living has a variety of apartment floor plans in studio, 1- or 2-bedroom, and 1- or more-bath designs. All have fully-equipped kitchens and some include private patios or balconies. Monthly fees include unparalleled services and amenities such as housekeeping, chef-prepared meals, scheduled transportation, concierge services and much more. And, all-inclusive pricing means everything is included in one monthly fee!
