Sugarland Hill is one of Fairfax and Loudoun County's newest 62 and older independent, secure rental communities. There are no buy-in fees or endowments and the facilities are designed with your comfort in mind. Short term leases are available. Sugarland Hill is a four story two elevator residence offering 80 spacious one and two bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans and amenities to match a wide range of tastes and needs. It is our goal to offer you the best value and convenience in the marketplace.
