There are no buy-in fees or endowments and the facilities are designed with your comfort in mind. Short term leases are available. Sugarland Hill is a four story two elevator residence offering 80 spacious one and two bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans and amenities to match a wide range of tastes and needs.
