Welcome to Bon Ayre, your Delaware Retirement Community! Bon Ayre is located in the peaceful town of Smyrna, Delaware, which was recently ranked 31st overall in 100 Best Small Towns in America. In the middle of Delaware, Smyrna enjoys a moderate four-season climate tempered by closeness to the Delaware Bay and Delaware beaches, and offers the best of Delaware new homes. DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From I-95, take Delaware Rt. 1 South to Exit 114 (South Smyrna). Turn left (south) onto Rt. 13, then take the first right onto Carter Rd. The community is 1/10 mile on the left.
From Dover: Take Rt. 13 N. past the Garrison Lake Golf Course to South Smyrna. Turn left onto Carter Rd. Proceed approximately 500 ft. to the community on the left.
