From the original white stucco over rubble stone house built by Gabriel Vandant in the late 1700s and the dressed stone facade added by John Stockton, nephew of Richard Stockton (a signer of the Declaration of Independence) in the early 19th century to becoming part of the locally renowned Flowers family estate in the late 1800s, Sunrise at Floral Vale joins the ranks of admirable and well respected Philadelphia natives.
