Pennswood Village, a non-profit, accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) guided by Quaker philosophy, provides a continuum of residential, health and community services for individuals over the age of 65. Open to all, Pennswood Village values personal choice, dignity, self determination and quality of life for our residents. Located on 82 acres in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Pennswood Village is just 45 minutes from Philadelphia and 90 minutes from New York. Welcome to Pennswood Village!

Inspiring Change at a Retirement Community
It is often said that what defines a community is the people. This is certainly the case for Pennswood Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Newtown, Pa. where residents are enjoying some recent changes thanks to a receptive staff. Among the individuals relishing the renovations are Liz Serkin, Herman Silverman and Dan Seeger.
