For many seniors and their families the idea of downsizing and relocating to a new home can be very overwhelming.  We can help you sort through years of memories and treasures and determine which items you want to keep, pass down to your family and give to your friends, what you can donate, sell at auction or consignment, and recycle or throw away what is left.

                Every person, every situation, and every timetable is unique in each move.  Our job is to make sure we understand your needs and wants so that we may help you transition into your new home with ease. We can help with all aspects of your move or do just a little.

We can:

• Help you find a new home. (I am also an SRES Realtor with Long and Foster Real Estate)

Ÿ  Create a customized move plan or aging in place plan.

Ÿ  Help with deciding what to move, give, donate, sell, or throw away.

Ÿ  Arrange for professional movers.

•  Pack your treasures that you are moving to your new home.

Ÿ  Arrange for other professional services as needed.

Ÿ  Change of address and mail forwarding, changing utilities.

Ÿ  Create a customized floor plan for your new home.

Ÿ  Unpack and arrange furniture in your new home.

Ÿ  Hang curtains, make beds, hang pictures, set up your kitchen and bath, stock your pantry.

Ÿ  Help with decorating your new home. (I also have a BS in Interior Design)

Ÿ  Stage your home.

Ÿ  List your home for sale or rent.

Ÿ  We can do as little or as much as like.

Each relocation solution is different. Please call for a no cost one hour consultation. All services are based on an hourly rate plus expenses.
