Senior Transitions, Inc. provides comprehensive assistance for those moving to senior communities. We are the physical and emotional reinforcements needed by seniors, their families and support systems to accomplish a move. We work with seniors who are independent as well as those needing varying amounts of care / supervision. In addition to managing all aspects of the physical move our Registered Nurse is available to assist families in informing the Senior that they are no longer safe in their home. Our services include but are not limited to: Downsizing preparation and assistance, Packing, Unpacking, Location and supervision of movers,and contractors, Preparation of home for sale or lease, Assistance in locating an appropriate facility,Informing a loved one that a move is prudent / necessary.
