About Eric Bost - Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

Eric Bost, Vice President & Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s McLean, Virginia office, has been in the financial industry for over 20 years.  He concentrates primarily on financial planning for families coping with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia as well as business planning for entrepreneurs.  His areas of focus include retirement income strategies, asset protection and portfolio risk management. He also has an extensive background in alternative investments and asset allocation modeling.

Eric holds a B.S in Business from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He has previously worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Merrill Lynch’s Alternative Investment Group, Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management and Fidelity Investments.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and twins, coaching Little League baseball, reading and playing guitar.
