Offices in Montgomery and Howard Counties, Maryland, and now in Delray Beach, Florida.Ms. Felinton has been an attorney for over thirty years. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, Florida and Maryland Bars. She was an Assistant States Attorney and a special prosecutor. Many of her cases have been profiled on television, radio, and in the international press. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Maryland State Bar Association Estates and Trusts section and Elder Law section, the Florida Bar Trusts and Real Property section and Elder Law section. Ms. Felinton contributes pro bono services to assist local charitable organizations such as House with a Heart, a senior Hospice for dogs and cats, and is also volunteering with The Senior Connection with community outreach. She is Vice President of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). She was past Co-Chair for GROWS (Grass Roots Organization for the Welfare of Seniors). She recently lectured at the University of Baltimore Law School.
