We provide continuing phone and email advice for no additional charge after the first consultation. Our appraisal services provide you with written reports which conform with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice for insurance, estate planning, probate and estate tax and for donation of property for tax deduction. President Francine Proulx, MS, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers. She has written for the Fairfax County Agency on Aging newsletter, The Golden Gazette and speaks to local community and retirement groups. With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, Ms. Proulx combines the skills of her former career with consultation and appraisal services to seniors and their families.
