About Law Office of Michael G. Day
The Law Offices of Michael G. Day and Associates, P.C. emphasizes Elder Law, Asset Protection and Medicaid Planning. We offer services for: Powers of Attorney, Advance Medical Directives and Wills; this includes trusts, guardianships, probate and issues affecting those retired or soon to be retired. Michael G. Day has over 26 years of experience and is the Producer and Moderator of the Television program Contemporary Retirement that is on NBC 25 Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m. He is also the Host of Contemporary Retirement on Radio, WJEJ 1240 am Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Member: National Academy of Elderlaw Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Serving Hagerstown, Frederick & Western Maryland
