A Way to Stay Home Care
About A Way to Stay Home Care
*A Way to Stay* helps families continue functioning as they face the challenges of aging. We build relationships with older adults so we are welcome in their homes during emergencies and as daily companions or personal care assistants. *SUPPORTING FAMILY* Perhaps you have been caring for your loved one for some time and realize they need even more assistance now. Whether their needs are short-term or ongoing, you can’t realistically be with them 24-hours a day. *A Way to Stay* can provide you with the assistance you are looking for. We are a sister-owned business intent on contributing to our community by helping people remain safely in their homes. We offer non-medical companion and personal care services tailored to the needs of the family by trustworthy employees (CNAs and HHAs) who have chosen caregiving as a way of life. They are rigorously screened and are people we would trust with our own family. As employees of *A Way to Stay*, our caregivers are bonded and insured, and have workers’ compensation protection. *SUSTAINING THEM AT HOME* We can provide support for all the activities of daily life on an _Hourly or 24-Hour_ basis. We also offer care outside the home in hospitals, assisted living or rehab facilities. The services we provide include: +COMPANION CARE+ * Meal preparation * Light housekeeping, laundry and errands * Conversation and comfort +PERSONAL CARE+ * Medicine reminders * Toileting, incontinence and ostomy care * Personal hygiene and bathing * Grooming and dressing * Assistance with walking and exercise *WHO WE SERVE* * Older adults * Individuals recovering from surgery, injury or illness * Wheelchair and bed-bound individuals * Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS and Alzheimer’s patients * Individuals recovering from strokes * Chemotherapy and Hospice patients *VISIBLE ACTS OF CARINGâ"ž * We understand the challenges of at home care for older adults and recovering patients. In addition to handling the various responsibilities and tasks required, our caregivers create a relationship with your loved one that makes them a welcome member of your family’s care team. Our presence becomes something you can depend upon when you can’t be there. We can be your eyes and ears, as well as a trusted resource for your loved one. Our caregivers show compassion similar to that expressed within devoted families. We feel so strongly about this quality being the key to effective caregiving that we base our entire philosophy on it. We call it "Visible Acts of Caring". *CALL US ANYTIME, 24/7* We know that homecare needs can develop suddenly so call 215.321.5100 nights, holidays, or weekends to discuss your care needs.
