About Medical Advocates of Virginia
Medical Advocates of Virginia is dedicated to meeting your individual needs. A spectrum of services is offered starting from a single office consultation to a Comprehensive Home Assessment. We provide coordination of care among multiple medical and psychiatric practitioners, medication management, referral to appropriate home health service providers and monitoring of the Care Plan. Additional services include: attendance at doctor appointments, assisting in evaluation of treatment options and providing status reports to family members. Collectively, our case managers have over thirty years experience providing services to those needing special expertise in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health fields. Substance Abuse Assessments, Intervention planning and Mental Health case management are available. Assistance is available in completion of Federal, State, Local and private program applications. We will help you navigate the medical system in any way we can! Call to make an appointment for an office consultation or request an appointment in your home.
